In partnership with C Vision international Charles came across the idea of not just his own experience but wanted other leaders in the world of Cyber security to tell their story of the glass ceiling and the sometimes-invisible barrier to success

His podcast “Cyber Glass Ceiling” gives a light hearted discussion on industry leaders and the challenges they faced getting to the top of their profession whether they be a woman, person of colour LGBTQ or just diffrent.
